  • Little to no processed foods. Lots of veggies.

  • Cut out sugar, no soda/caffeine, eat plenty of yogurt if he can tolerate lactose and casein (if not, take a good quality probiotic instead), plenty of fresh fruit/veggies, rest, sunlight and exercise. Vitamins, minerals and omegas (I would not do a general multi-vitamin; those are sorely lacking and full of colorings and crap). No processed foods-they're full of chemicals, preservatives, artificial colorings and flavorings, hydrogenated everything, high fructose corn syrup, GMOs, MSG, sodium, etc.
