  • I know a Personal account is free. If you are going to just be buying things, then this account type is fine. If you will be selling things and want the buyer to be able to use a credit card to pay, then you need a Premier account.
    This might help:;jsessionid=J49QgHjyv0WTm5V0r2Gl6PGl3LGgjlyLw7d9276Msnk5b8L354pv!-7839025?locale=en_US&_dyncharset=UTF-8&countrycode=US&cmd=_help&serverInstance=9004&t=solutionTab&ft=browseTab&ps=solutionPanels&solutionTopic=800042&solutionId=12272&isSrch=Yes

  • Personal is only if you plan on spending online....

premiere is if you are going to be buying and spending, and there is a fee on incoming transfers i believe...

I am not sure about the other..
I have premiere, and i love it... I have my bank account linked to it if needed, and i have the mastercard / debit card too...
