Ringing in ears

what could this be caused from and what can be done for it? Haven't had anything loud playing or anything like that

  • Ah. I see. The audiologist told me that ringing is associated with hearing loss about ninety percent of the time. I never had it until I started losing my hearing. At first, it was just my left ear, where the loss is the worst. Now, it's in both.

    So I'm of no help whatsoever. Sorry.

  • I have that. My Doctor checked my blood pressure to see if it was high. It wasn't. The Doctor didn't have a clue what caused it.

  • I believe it can be caused by aspirin. In my case, I have severe hearing loss. Have you had your hearing checked? My loss occurred over time. No injury, nothing like that.

  • I have 35 % hearing loss in my left ear and get ear infections all the time but this is just a ringing in my ears.
