  • I love to have a massage but obviously that's a one off thing every few months - normally I just go and read a book.

  • I usually have some hot tea and read a book. Do something for MYSELF if I have the cash like go out and buy myself something. Even if it is just running into walgreens and buying a new shade of nail polish. Also I journal a lot. Once I get out whats bugging me things quickly disappear! Good luck to you if your stressed!! :(

  • I would go Spend 3 days in a Hotel alone, Pamper myself, take a nice drive, Chill wit da Gurls @ da Club, Smoke cigs, drink, Write in a personal book, listen to music, get on the computer from time to time, get a Waxing done.
