  • A bath would always calm my kids down, and a car ride.

  • I hated that 'stage'. Thankfully it doesn't last too long. Good Luck, I didn't find anything that helped.

  • Try a Baby Einstein DVD - my daughter is mesmorized by them and even in the midst of a terrible screamfest, she calms down once she sees the video and gets distracted. Good luck!

  • what does she do when she screams? does she bent her knees toward her tummy and throw them out again? does she have coating on the tongue? maybe it's colic....or maybe she has a bad case of gas. Teething is also possible at this age. Playing the radio or CD player with soothing music sometimes helps...or a battery operated swing.

  • She's throwing a fit when she doesn't get her way. She wants me constantly beside her she will scream like that in the middle of the night if I go to the bathroom or put her down to play while I make dinner. If I try to get her dressed or change her diaper and she doesn't want to she will throw herself backwards I have to keep pillows behind her at all times sp she doesn't give herslef brain damage. She a very well behaved and sweet baby most of the time if she's getting her way but when she's not oh lord! Lol
