  • Is your child failing to gain weight? There are some great breastfeeding groups here on Cafemom. It has been so long ago that I nursed (and really never had any troubles) so I can't offer any advice except to point you to a lactation consultant.

  • You could try block nursing. The means you only nurse on one breast (not switching during a feeding), and then the next feeding, nurse from the same breast.

  • if i do that wont it lower my supply and what do i do to the other side wont it become engorged?
