What to wear... 4 year old Tea party

My daughter has a tea party tommorow.. What should she wear.. She's 4 an the other girls are around rge same age.. I tried to ask what the dress would be formal or not and she didn't give me a direct awnser. So I'm guessing informal? I said would they need to dress hat's gloves ect.. She said her daughter hates hats but loves gloves.. Ok, really vague??? I don't know her well we just met so I'm not sure what she ment. So what do you think? I have a whitecotton sundress with 2 tier ruffles it's casual but very girly a little above ankle.. Can she wear sandles? or dress shoes? Thanks...

  • I would go with just a cute Spring dress. Beyond that, I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's a bunch of 4 year old kids, not tea with the Queen of England.

  • if it was my little girl she'd wear either the nice dress she wore from easter or else a princess/tutu fairy type of thing.... she dances so we have lots of ballet costumes. I'm thinking anything girlie/fun will cut it though
