What was something small that you took out of ypur diet that made a HUGE difference in your waistline?

  • I took out bad carbs (sugar, white bread, pasta, crackers, rice, etc.) and it made a HUGE difference in many ways ... the weight came off very quickly (lost 75 pounds in total) with mild exercise only (walking a few times a week), no hunger pangs, no cravings (in fact, I had to force myself to eat because I was never hungry), my energy went through the roof, I felt more clearheaded and alert than ever, my blood work improved (not that it was bad to begin with).

  • Soda Soda Soda lol, gurrrl once I stopped drinking the soda and more water the weight came off so fast

  • Refined sugar
    HUGE portions
    Butter (still use in very small amounts, but not eating most of what I used to put it on)
    Each of these on their own make a big difference. Sugar is generally in products you shouldn't be consuming if you are trying to lose weight.

  • i switch my beloved soda lol ..... for water and it did pay off ! ..... :) i mean i wasnt drinking soda 24/7 lol but the 2 sodas i drank a day ,a but not everyday , help me loose weight

  • SODA! Lol Seriously I stopped drinking soda and started drinking water a little more than I usually do and got best results in little time :)
