Boon docks living

Okay so I moved to the boon docks a month ago & live 30-40mins from the nearest big shopping stores. We have a small & I mean small one in town so I have scoped out what items they have that we use but there are many that they dont have that we do use.

Can I freeze little cups of yogurt? My daughter goes through yoplait cups of yogurt like 2 or 3 a day every single day! Can I freeze cheese? Like shredded cheese, cheese sticks, & slices of cheese? Ricotta cheese can that be frozen?

Just curious if you guys have forzen these items & do they come out alright afterwards? Thanks ladies

  • I am not sure about yogurt or ricotta. Shredded and sliced cheese can be frozen. Just wrap it well. I used to buy blocks of cheese, grate it and freeze it for future use all the time.

  • Yogurt can definitely be frozen, and is fine afterwards. Don't know about Ricotta.
