  • I like Excedrin Tension Headache, or Tylenol Rapid Relief for meds for the headache. I'm also on anti-anxiety meds, and I have a lot of stress-relieving activities I enjoy doing, such as crocheting, quilting, gardening indoors and out, playing around on the net, reading or writing. You should try to find a hobby like that as well. Hope this helps!

  • I'll take tylenol for headaches. As far as anxiety, I try to do stuff that relieves stress like reading, going for a walk, getting some positive talk from friends, driving my car, or even working out.

  • I've been having horrible anxiety! Anxiety attacks as well. I used to talk to a therapist and that helped a whole lot. Right now though, I'm not doing much about it
