All depends on ur body weight and ur strength hunny bunny. But only U know how far U can truly go. Test the waters, PUSH urself. But STOP if you feel ANY strain abdominal y, or n ur back! It's important to stay healthy n strong when ur carrying a little person. EAT whatever the heck U want, but make sure u get ur walking in. Other than that, get some good skin care products ( I LOVE DOVE PRO-AGE) or almost anything that Neutrogena makes. Some Mederma for ur stretch marks, a few comfy pillows, and have a HAPPY pregnancy! Keep ur blood pressure down (since you'll be REALLY emotionally charged, try to avoid stress or stressful people; family included) and U & ur baby will b fine.
