  • Apply Curel Lotion for dry skin every morning after you come out of the shower while your skin is still damp. Apply again before bed.

  • Try changing your soap. For a while, only use a gentle cleanser, such as Cetaphil, on the areas that need cleaning while in the shower. The rest can just get a water rinse. Moisturize right away with a hypoallergenic lotion such as Sarna or Lubriderm. Make sure you are hydrated and that you have had your yearly labs done with your primary. ( in case your thyroid is the culprit)

  • get some epson salts and pour one cup in a warm bath, do not stay in tub more then 20 minutes, pat dry and apply a good quality lotion and do this at night when you'll be under the covers and your skin has a chance to absorb the moisture

  • Make sure you are hydrated. I would also go see my doctor. Itchy skin can signal many different health problems.

  • Could be eczema. Use eucerin. Its the only lotion that doesn't make those super itchy spots burn on contact for me! I don't have eczema but I get really dry skin where it bleeds...
