  • we have a son and a daughter right now and we're pre-TTC #3 now. I like to fantasize we could wait and be surprised with our tie breaker baby. in reality, though..... I think I'd cave in.

  • I have - twice. It wasn't that difficult for us. In fact, the only reason we found out the gender of our 3rd is that dd wanted a sister and ds wanted a brother and someone was going to "lose." Funny thing is that dd loves her little brother like no one else.

  • Yes, I did go the whole time without knowing.
I found out the my daughter was a girl when my CNM held her up to show me.

  • I wanted to try so I could be suprised but I absolutely could not wait...

Answer by SWEETPEAS3MOM at 8:49 PM on May. 7, 2011

  • we did with the first child. I didn't want to know until the doctor said "its a ___'" the the nurses while in labor, kept saying the heartbead sounded like a girl and it was a she.
with the second, we found out, as soon, as we could... another girl
with the third, i told my husband, this was his last chance for a boy. I found out, but he didn't want to know. So, for about three months, I'd have to look at both boy and girl items while shopping - He ended up giving in and wanted to know - We got out little boy..

  • I have, for me it was easy. I like surprises and I think that's the biggest surprise of all, I'd never find out the sex.
