*Tired but can't sleep
*dry skin even with constant lotion and increase in water intake
*my toes nails break off big chunks, not like the whole nail but a big corner of the big toe nail will break off if it gets a little long with no effort. It just breaks.
*sore joints, muscles
*I am heavy but always thought I don't eat enough to warrant the weight...
I eat daily:
Breakfast: 4 oz oval-tine, apple, a few bites of DD peanut butter toast
Lunch: 3 chicken breast nuggets big serving of peas and a cheese stick
Dinner: 2 ribs lots of green beans and carrots and a whole zucchini.
LOTS OF WATER
What do you think? I know I need to see a doctor but I thought I would get some opinions.
