What are some diets that will help shed the lbs quick!?

  • Consider that healthy weight loss happens at a pace of 1-2 lbs per week. Anything faster will potentially lead to health problems, and more likely, a gain of every single pound back, as soon as you get tired of eating the limited stuff on that diet. Your best bet is to find a balanced diet focused on proper portions (like eating clean, as I suggested in your other question). Rapid weight loss is generally temporary weight loss. Look for something you can stick with.

  • I had good luck using weight watchers and exercising. I didn't starve myself and the weight stayed off.

  • Once I became over 35, I found it impossible to lose weight without going no carb or low carb. I have had success with cutting out bread, potatoes, grains, pastas but retaining fresh fruits.

  • I've also cut out bread ( even though I had some yesyerday! ) pasta, rice & potatoes which has helped :) Just need to get off my bum and excersise now lol!
