What would you recommend to get a thorough colon cleanse?

  • ummmmm dont know if this will help but i kno it helps pooping.....maybe some applejuice will help with it....but i would ask a dr like call the hospital n talk to a pediatrician i always did! hope this helped

  • Whenever I'm feeling plugged up, I eat some hommus or bean dip. I'm pretty much cleared up the next morning. I also make sure to take magnesium on a daily basis (it helps w/constipation).

  • The most thorough colon cleanse is colon hydrotherapy. I've never tried it, I've just heard the raves of people with impacted colons. There's also coffee enemas (also never tried). If your not chronically constipated and just want a good over the counter cleanse, there's a tea called "Laci LeBeau's dieters tea" and "smooth move tea" but they have an herb called Senna that gives some sensitive people diarrhea. Michael Tierra makes a powder with Triphala instead of Senna that a lot of people I know like, but it tastes horrible hha.
