Any suggestions are deeply appreciated! I have 4 kids, am new in town, have no friends or family here, my DF is a truck driver and is gone almost all of the time. That means I can't go to the gym or go running. I am thinking about the p90x workout program to do at home. Anybody else lost much weight???
I'm working toward losing about 110 lbs (maybe more- we'll see when I've lost 110!), and I'm about 62 lbs down so far. A lot of my success has come from eating clean. I do also run, but I hear nothing but good things about P90X. Insanity is another popular one. I like Jillian Michaels's 30 Day Shred. Figure out what works for you- take the kids to the park, and run relays, race each other, ride bikes together (get a bike trailer or seat for little ones). Kids love games- get hula hoops, play basketball, anything fun that gets your heart rate up counts! The weather is in your favor now, so work with it!
