Fluffy towels!

So we've bought new towels, black ones, and they've been washed 6 times! And they still cover us in black fluff when we use them. It's so annoying! Any help on how to fix this pls?

  • No idea, maybe try vinegar in the rinse cycle?

  • I would try using a lint remover on them, but I'm not sure if that will work.

  • Did you by any chance buy them at Walmart? I ask because I bought a set from there once that werent terribly expensive but not cheap either, & they did the same thing. I took them back to Walmart even after washing them, told them they left us & my bahtroom floor covered in big pieces of lint when we dried off with them. They took them back. Walmart takes back anything that's actually defective. Sometimes you wont know an item is defective until AFTER the fact, so they cant really say no to you.
