  • Tylenol PM works for me. I don't take it very often, but when I need it, it works. Actualy, I usually buy the Walmart generic--same stuff and much cheaper.

  • I use relaxation exercises (relax from the toes and slowly up to the scalp) and if that doesn't work I sometimes take a tylenol. But usually I find sleeplessness for me is my brain working on things I am worried about, so emptying my mind to do the relaxation often works.

  • If I am having trouble sleeping I count backwards from 100 trying to think of nothing but the numbers. If for some strange reason that doesn't work I go for a run. Either on the treadmil or outside ( depends on my mood and the weather). After my run I wash my face and hope in bed. One of the two always works for me.

  • I have a sound machine app on my phone, and I turn on ocean sounds. The calming, rhythmic sounds of the waves relaxes me and helps me sleep.
