  • I don't know if it's normal, I'd speak to a gp or mid wife, maybe they can arrange a Ultra sound for today instead?

  • It's not abnormal to have spotting early on. Some have even spotted throughout pregnancy. Hopefully everything will be fine but make sure you tell your Dr they may want you to not have sex for a while.

  • spotting after sex is not uncommon during pregnancy the cervix becomes very vascular during pregnancy and bleeding is more likely if irritated during sex. It is also good to determine the cause of bleeding with an ultrasound to ensure that something more dangerous isn't happening, but it is probaly pretty benign, however i would hold off on sex until you getthe ok from your doctor. I always personally had the rule of no sex in the first trimester just to be safe

  • i just want to thank you all for your answers..since my post, the bleeding has progressed along with clots but no tissue to be seen. the doctors really are no help physically or emotionally. i know that many women have had miscarriages but i feel like i'm the only one since i have no one to talk to that has gone through it personally.the ones that have don't want to talk about it and that ones that want to talk about it have never been through it and don't understand what it feels like.the dr is saying that i most likely miscarried others say it could be sub chronic bleed but i doubt it. if anyone has anything positive to say or if you've been through it and wanna share anything i would greatly appreciate it, thank you..
