I am looking for easy to freeze menu ideas that I can cook ahead of time and freeze then serve later, summers close and I want to be free as much as possible...

  • casseroles freeze well. spaghetti sauce and chili too.

  • Look for grill and crock pot recipes you can marinate and freeze, then thaw when needed.

  • Chili for meals or chilidogs, baked and sliced or chunked meats and hamburger, batches of cookie dough ( this works great) just bake when you want them and bake as many as you wish.

  • I cook large batches of ground beef, ground turkey, shredded chicken and meatballs for quick easy dinners that i just have to add sauce too.
