Is it easier to have an abortion if you just write it off as a fetus and not a baby?

Just wondering what your thoughts are on labeling it a fetus versus labelling it a baby before it's born.

  • The only medical condition that requires an abortion is pregnancy. If there is no baby, no abortion is performed. The only women who seek an abortion are those who don't want a baby making an appearance in a few months (regardless of WHY they don't want it, they don't want it).

Humans come up with all sorts of names to make their inhuman and inhumane actions more palatable and have been doing so since language was first used.

The ones that sort of amuse me are those who insist on saying 'fetus' and screeching 'it's a woman's choice' ~ who turn right around and condemn others for 'collateral damage' when talking about a war. We are supposed to plaster the pics of war damage up everywhere to try and shame people into not bombing other countries, but not show the developing face of a human baby because some woman might feel her conscience twang a bit if she sees it. It's all head games and semantics.

  • A person who decides to have an abortion is thinking of a lot more issues than what to call what is in their body.

  • Think about basic biology...one is not a "baby" until they reach 3 mos post natal age- No one is aborting a "baby".

3 months POST natal? What exactly is "it" when it's one or two months after birth?
