I'm 28 weeks and its become more consistent that I don't get more than 4-5hours at a time, and then I'm wide awake for 10 hours and repeat.
I've tried taking tiny naps and wearing myself out, but nothing seems to work. We ran out of Tylenol PM - my DH used it all since previously I could sleep for 10+hours straight through (bathroom breaks don't count, do they?) without a problem.
Now if I get up to go to the bathroom I'm done for, if I wake up and have to roll over I'm awake.
Is this common? Are there solutions other than Tylenol PM?
