why is my daugther not listening to her side of the family?

my daughter has change so much now that she hads a baby she is listening more to her friends and in-laws she has forgoten about her own parents and the rest of side of the family is this normal.

  • NOt to worry that season of her life will come to a head. Be consistant and don't change your position on things. It may seem like a competition but it's not just another view. Shes always had your view and knows it well, now she is being given something to gauge it by. Give her time she'll understand and be back.

  • Maybe they are actually talking WITH her and not just TO her?

    Having a baby makes your daughter a mother now - a grown up in charge of someone else's life - I can only imagine it is hard to see your baby like that but you must try.

    Why not LISTEN to her instead of waiting for her to listen to you?
