  • Yes. I'm a daddy's girl, for the most part, and growing up it was mostly me and my sister in the garage and in the yard with my dad. My mom was also her father's helper growing up so my mom encouraged us and my dad to teach us all of that stuff. My dad always kept busy around the house - he even rebuilt entire sections and added on a lot of stuff so if I had to I could build an entire house, with the exception of the wiring and plumbing but that's what the yellow pages are for. I have a large yard and it would be a lot quicker to hire a lawn care service but when I see my yard looking really good I take pride in knowing that it was hard work that got it that way.

  • LOL, I can do all of it. Walmart will change my oil (lol, cheating!), I can change a tire or call AAA to do it, I can do all house repairs that are small and I can do all lawn work that doesn't require me to get permits.

  • For the most part YES! I'm a pretty handy woman and took care of things for 8 months after ex left the house..... and some things even before he left.
