What should I buy to keep a healthy diet? Need help ASAP! Thanks! :)

I am desperate to make a difference in my life! I am desperate to be healthier!

Help me plan my meals for the upcoming week so I can go grocery shopping in 2 1/2 hours! :)

Things I don't eat (I am very picky, sorry!) -I will update as I think of them-: tomatoes, onions, eggs, hummus, yogurt, celery, sausage, peaches, strawberries, pickles, seafood, fish, and I am lactose intolerant.

HELP ME! I need meal & snack ideas!

  • Build meals around vegetables, whole grains, legumes and fruits.

Steel cut oats is the most nutritious of the oatmeals (instant is the least nutritious)

Water should be your primary/sole beverage.

Cut way back on, or eliminate, meat and dairy.

I have a ton of recipes that are tasty, healthy, family and budget friendly; send me a message offlist if you would like some.

  • It's not an emotional barrier. It's that I don't like the flavor of the foods. I'm not going to force myself to eat food I don't like the tatse of.... that's stupid.

  • You need to expand your diet. It really is important. Those who have the wides variety in their diets, tend to be the slimmest. Picky eaters tend to be the heaviest people on the planet. Try to get past the emotional barriers. Good luck
