am i allowed to eat tuna fish out of the can? (during pregnancy)

  • Some people will say no and others will say yes. But in all honesty, yes you can still eat it. You just have to be careful. Try not too eat it TOO often but you can still enjoy it! Once in a while will be ok.

  • Yes, as long as it's chunk light tuna. Most people agree that a can or two a week of chunk light tuna is best. STAY AWAY from albacore tuna though, the mercury levels are much higher in that and are a no-no =D

  • Yeah the cheap kind of tuna (not albacore). You can have 2 little cans a week.
