  • Grand Jury has found enough evidence to prosecute (felony), and the arrest warrant issued. I would turn myself in lol.

  • When someone is arrested in some states they require a warrant issued by a grand jury. For instance in NC you can be arrested for robbing a house, go to jail, be released, but not be indicted. Once you are indicted by the grand jury then it is an official charge and you are held over into superior court for trial.

  • This is NOT for me. My neighbor got arrested and this is what it says on the local police page of why she was arrested.
