  • There is nothing you can do to "turn" a burn into a tan. Depending on your skin tone it will do it or not automatically. If it is a bad burn, you will probably peel anyway. Keep moisturized and wear sunblock next time :)

  • Keep it moisturized and you might not peel.

As an ill-informed life-guard in my teens we'd moisturize our limbs with "butter flavor Crisco." Yummy smell, but foolish looking back on it!

  • Lotion. No guarantee it'll turn to tan, but it will help keep it from peeling - not entirely, but not as bad. I prefer a thicker creamier lotion, especially one with aloe in it.

  • Tea bags...next time use a higher SPF so you don't get melanoma...the burn will be the least of your worries

  • I was told if you put apple cider vinegar it will. I don't know why, there is something in the vinegar though
