  • soy, rice or almond milk can be used in almost any recipe as a sub. They even make some great rice milk ice creams, with chocolate even! There are soy yogurts that are still filled with live active cultures and some cheeses that still melt and taste...ok... (I can't say yummy. I love real cheese to much) My BFF's DS is HIGHLY allergic to milk and the alternatives she has found for him aren't to bad!

  • have you tried soy? My friends' 2 year old is allergic to milk, eggs and a ton of other things. I know he drinks soy.

  • My kids prefer Almond over soy. Not flavored almond, just the plain
