I need to know what kind of ice cream you can eat if you high cholestrol?

I want my kids to eat yogurt and ice cream but I don't want the one's full of sugars.

  • Bryers makes one with less calories and fat. That's usually what I eat, but it really doesn't make much of a difference. Moderation makes a difference

  • I just read your whole message. The low cholesterol ice cream usually has a ton of sugar. They have some brands made with Splenda, but I have found the fat content is not good for high cholesterol.

    That is a hard one.

  • Try the slow churned ice cream.

    Splenda, like any artifical sweetner, is bad for you. Unless you are diabetic. Instead of putting harmful chemicals in your body, just limit your intake of real sugar.

  • There are frozen treats made with rice milk, coconut milk, soy milk, etc.; You can make your own, too.
