How do you keep a cat out of?

your houseplant and deter it from chewing on it?

  • I don't know, Mine is driving me nuts too. He only messes with them at night. I have NEVER caught him doing it to squirt him. I have been thinking of getting decorative rocks to put on top of the soil to keep him from digging, but I don't know how to keep him from chewing on them.

  • they have plants for cats, you may want to try one out, your cat is eating your plant because his/her belly is upset.

  • Spray it with water every time you catch it chewing on the plant.

  • lemon juice on it? My cat ate my aloe plant! I was so mad. Don't have her anymore though. Landlord found her. :(

  • really dont no.. always heard if they are eating grass or anything like that they may have worms or a tapeworm.. not sure.. Have seen people get a spray bottle and put water in it and everytime the cat would mess with something it wasnt suppose to they would spray a little water at it and the cat wold run.. and they say it works.. some people may think thats mean but u have to train it some way..
