  • I don't really measure- but I use a good amount of hamburger- probably 2-3 lbs
*we like sandwiches and will eat it for at least 2 meals as well...anyhow...
grated carrot (not a lot) (hubby likes to use babyfood but I just shred/grate a few
    oatmeal or crackers
    teriaki sauce
    eggs (2-3)
    small can of tomato sauce
    season- all
I think that's it...then I mix ketchup and syrup and put that on top toward the end of baking it

  • yours sounds good!!!
I will do mine 2 different ways, sometimes i use the meatloaf mix and you put eggs, milk, bread or breadcrumbs

or i use 2 pds of ground beef
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    bread brumbs
but i also make a glaze for the top and mix ketcup and brown sugar and the kids love that because it will make it a little sweet.

  • 2 lbs ground beef
    2 eggs
    about 1 cup rice
    about 1/2 cup ketchup
about 8 oz finely shredded cheese
onion - chopped fresh or dried minced
    black pepper
a variety of herbs out of my cupboard, whatever sounds good, it varies every time I make it. And I don't measure anything, just add what looks good. And it always comes out wonderfully. I'm a winger.

  • I use the recipe on the back of the lipton onion soup mix. I tried it pretty recently and it was the best I ever made after lots of experimenting!
