What Excersises, excerise plan and diet after a c-section works?

So ladies, i was just wonderin what your diet/excersise plans are , if you have any scheduales, what kind of excerise are you doing or anything like that....thanks!! also i really want to get a diet plan in order, but i have NO idea where to start, any ideas? thanks.!!

just some basic info:
I weigh about 149lbs right now
I am 2 months going on 3 months after my c-section
my goal is to loose 20 lbs or get as close to my pre-natal weight of 119lbs as I can.

  • I am doing the Jullian Michaels 30 day Shred, it will tone you up and you will lose weight pretty quick. You just have to eat right and work out everyday no rest even on really sore days.

  • hun, clean your system!
    For three days You eat and drink a certian amount of stuff and no more and i gaurentee just cleaning your stystem.. youll lose 10 lbs at least in a week.
    if your interested then ill send you the instructions! it worked for me!
