  • Atheists put their pants on the same way I do. They are no better or no worse than I am.

  • I have to second Mel30248's answer. Never have i felt intimidated or pressured or judged by one for having a different outlook.

  • One nice thing ... I have a good friend who has a great sense of humor and is a really caring person. Whoops, that was two! Then again, I don't judge people based on their religious views unless they are total nutjobs and are just over the top ridiculous about it.

  • Just one? I could say many nice things. :)

However, after the week I've been having, I fear that anything I say at this point will end up with someone trying to twist it into something I didn't actually say. For instance, if I say "Most atheists I've met are very intelligent", it won't be long before someone accuses me of saying believers are stupid.

  • Of course! I wouldn't be able to say something that applies to all of them but that goes for every group of people. Atheists though, for the most part are very good at analyzing situations and tend to have very thorough thought processing skills.

  • It's hard to compliment an entire group, since every group has such a variety of people in it! I'd say the atheists I know put a lot of effort into making a moral framework for their lives, and attempting to live up to their ideals.

  • I lvoe that we love bacon( for the most part) and though we may not agree with another's religious beliefs we can usually find some common ground with just about anyone. (There are a few exceptions to this of course, very few)
