  • Biotin, Hari skin and nails...Both of these are good supplements you can buy over the counter to help.

  • IF you have the features for it, get cornrows. They tug at the root and make the hair grow a lot faster. It worked for my DD. Plus makes getting ready in the morning so much better and faster.

  • prenatal pills are a great start, and just keep up with trimming your hair.

  • It may sound ass backwards, but get it trimmed every six weeks. Your hair will look healthier and trimming off the dead ends will help it grow. You could try using Mane N Tail shampoo, some people swear by it for getting longer hair. And taking a vitamin that promotes hair growth is ESSENTIAL! Good luck, I'm trying to grow my hair out too :D

  • Careful with the prenatal vitamins.............those are some powerful suckers! Lots of women who are not pregnant will suffer side effects like nausea and stomach ache. If you do decide to take it, drink them down with a little orange juice. It will help your body better absorb the iron - easier on the stomach.
