    have you worked in this in the school system ?
    then more as it goes along and comes up

  • Behavior Analyst Certification Board
    Masters on Special Education is a PLUS

  • Experience with special needs people and future plans. You don't want to train someone if they aren't going to be around for more than a couple months.
