  • Either a bacon sandwich, a bacon sandwich with eggs over easy on top lol or a baked potato with bacon bits.....I've really been into bacon lately lol

  • I am liquids only til 2-3pm. I try to keep it healthy (milk, water, juice) but there's at least 1 or 2 pops in there usually. I have NO appetite til later in the day and if I force myself I'll gag

  • Peanut butter toast... and boy am I sick of it. We bought bagels a little while ago and that was a wonderful change... but we went through them so fast cause they were so delish!

  • whole grain bagel thin with natural peanut butter and fruit is my norm, but sometimes I might have a protein bar and fruit. I'm out of bagels so this morning I had an all natural granola bar and fruit

  • Oatmeal, eggs & toast, cereal, muffin, nothing, breakfast pizza, turkey sandwich, leftover varies big time, andy my mood from week to week will be different too.

  • Oatmeal, eggs & toast or cereal..........and always coffee. This morning I had an egg sandwich on an english muffin with coffee.
