  • I call my 12 year old son (who has autism) "Handsome". I didn't realize how seriously he my pet name until recently. Yesterday at the grocery store when the clerk asked him his name and he replied "Handsome" and he also recently wrote it down on a questionnaire at school about what his preferred nicknames were!

  • i have three girls,
my second daughter was born early, she came out very hairy from head to toe and very dark skinned.....our first daughter was much lighter in colour. so my husband gave them nick names "salt and pepper".
the older one, hates being called anything other than her name...
but pepper has suck, she will only answer if you call her pepper......

my third daughter we call her mini, she's on the small side thats pretty much suck too.
