Can you SEE improvement but not FEEL it?

Is that possible? Obama says we see improvement but people are not feeling it. I'm pretty sure he is right about them not feeling it. Is he trying to convince people there is real improvement?
I'm confused. One minute they say it's going to take years to get the jobs back and the next they are saying there are improvements and we are in a moderate recovery. It's all political right?

  • I think that if there was true improvement we would see and feel it.

  • Believe it or not people do believe the BS they put out there, they don't trust their own eyes,
so convincing people there is real improvement does work.

  • I agree with Gemgem. I don't think that we could see improvement without feeling it to some degree. I will be convinced of improvement when I can both see it and feel it for myself not because I am told it is improving.
