  • cut back fried foods, bread, walk and drink water and you will loose

  • Drink more water, even if you get 64oz a day. Get plenty of good sleep, and try to squeeze 10-15 min of EXTRA exercise in each day.

    Also, Jillian Michaels has a "2 week jumpstart" program you can get from Walmart.

  • well i was reading online about a protein diet its supposed to make you loss 5 pounds in one week. its a drink or a shake w.e, that you replace your food with when your hungry you make a shake.. good luck

  • I read cutting out the soda and half your carbs can make a HUGE difference. Drinking LOTS of water and getting a good bit of cardio exercise like power walking, swimming, jogging, dancing...
