  • well what your sodium intake, keep it under 1500mg or lower a day. Always drink more than 64 oz of water a day. If you drink the magic number of 64, it will come out. Remember 8 glass's water X's 8oz =64

  • Lower your sodium intake and drink more water. No processed foods- they're ALL loaded with sodium, even if they don't taste salty.

  • SO WUD YOU AGREE THAT THE TUNA IN THE POUCH CONTAINS ALOT OF SODIUM? I had this thought, but figured nah, it couldnt be 1

  • You could do what my brother did in the navy, wrap himself up with plastic garbage bags and go running in the heat. I wouldn't suggest it though. :)
