Muffin baking question...

Can I make the muffin batter tonight and just fill the cups and bake in the morning?

I really want to have blueberry muffins in the morning, but don't want to do all the work before I bake them tomorrow. The recipe calls for frozen blueberries, so I would just add those before I baked them.

Do you think it would matter to the recipe?

  • no, it will not matter too much, or if you are worried about it, mix all your dry together in a bowl, and mix all the wet in a pitcher and put in the frig.. in the morning just add the wet to the dry and fold in the berries, and your done
