Tired diet

has any one try the no diet diet,it said to be protian and taking at night will eat the fat

  • I have been on a new diet for a couple of days and already lost wieght and feel healthier. It is based on protien alot.
    I have a protien shake and a bowl of healthy cereal like Total for breakfast, a banana or other fruit for one snack, a fiber bar for an evening snack, a small lunch that includes some kind of lean meat, and a small dinner that includes vegetables and a vitamin supplement.
