If you're skinnier do you feel flutters sooner?

I am 10 weeks and 5 days and I weight 106. Will I start feeling flutters soon? Or will I have to weight until 16-20 weeks?

  • I have a *very* low pelvis, I always felt movement early (11-13 weeks). I partly attribute that to the low pelvis, the fact that they all attached to the top of my uterus, and that I was thin.

  • I weighed the same as you did, and I didnt feel anything until 15 weeks.

  • I think it has more to do with the location of the placenta. Cause if the placenta is in front, it will be longer before you feel anything. I was only 112 when I got pregnant with my son and started feeling him around 17-18 weeks.

  • I felt my first at 14 weeks, second and third at 12 weeks and I'm considered skinny.

  • If you go to babycenter.com and sign up for their weekly updates they will tell you when you should feel them. If it is your first pregnancy you might not feel them right away. It just depends on how in-tune you are to knowing what they feel like. Congrats on your little one!
