I read the terms and service. I even read something where people did get their stuff back because all they had to do was ask...but the site was dated 2006. The terms said they weren't responsible for any lost or damage items.
I lost EVERYTHING. External hard drive had 8 years of photos and home movies...and the iTunes. I am being hopeful that I can at least retrieve the downloads from the site since I no longer have my kids photos/videos...but honestly don't know with their current terms of service if I'll even get that chance. Most of what was downloaded from them...I haven't even been able to watch yet. -sigh-
