How many days before the egg attches the uterine?

  • In general ... One week for the egg to travel the tubes to the uterus, one week for it to implant, one week to ten days for the placenta to form and put out enough HCG to register on a test. Based on the average 28 day cycle, the next week you period should start again. Which would then be why you can test five days sooner with certain brands of HPTs.
