8th grader reports to mom: link to complain!!

Surely I'm not the only one that would like to complain!!!

I'm sure the school board will defend the decisions of their admin, but I really think someone needs to be responsible for this. Ugh. Sickos.

  • Completely wrong that the girl was punished at all. It is asking alot of an 8th grader to stand up, walk to the front of the bus & report classmates. It is like administrators & teachers don't understand the snake pit that is middle school! And, no way should the chaperones be sitting all together at the front of the bus. It negates the whole purpose. But this is what happens.

  • It does send the wrong message. Keep it to yourself? I don't think so. And what are they to do about 8th graders having sex in public? That is so disgusting.

  • Does FAIR exist anywhere, anymore?

  • To me this sounds like more was going on and she didn't tell her mom the whole story. We had a similar situation in my high school and I know that the story that went to the school was not completely accurate.

  • Still, this falls back on the parents. What lessons have these parents taught their children that this type of behavior is acceptable. Teach your children well and chaperons aren't needed. The girl shouldn't be punished at all for anything. She told the person she trusted most. It misbehavior isn't hers even slightly.
