how do you get candle wax out of carpet

  • lay a cloth over it, blow dry on hot setting and press with the cloth until it all comes out.

  • You can also put ice on it and freeze it solid, then just pull it out of the carpet. The advantage to the ice is that it will also lift the carpet fibers, making the carpet fluffier, just don't let the ice melt completely or soak the carpet.

  • there are also wax/gum removers you can purchase..i had to use one once...awful LOL

  • lay a brown paper bag over hard wax and run an iron over it moving the bag as the wax comes up any color should come out with resolve or chem dry
