  • Keeping your blood sugar at an even level, for me I ate a little something all day long and no I did not gain a lot of weight only about 25 lbs and most of it was water retention towards the end of my pregnancy cuz by the time I got home from the hospital I was at my pre-pregnancy weight. Oh sour and salty helped the most.

  • Ginger and lavender. Ginger as a tea and find some lavender candies. They both work perfectly. Nothing else worked.

I am not talking about Preggie Pops or whatever those things are. They're disgusting.

  • They make these lollipops, I can't remember what they're called but they helped so much. I think they had ginger in them, and that's what helps, supposedly.
I didn't gain weight at all, then LOST a boatload with my second pregnancy before I gained any. I wish you luck!

  • Fuzzy - They're called Preggie Pops, and they made me vomit. That's just my personal experience. They were entirely too strong and over powering for me, and I gagged almost at contact.

So I found other ways to alleviate my morning sickness.
